2. Estimated Delivery Times

Once shipped, estimated delivery times can vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. Please note that these are estimates provided by the carriers and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances, especially during the busy holiday season. We recommend ordering early to ensure timely arrival.

3. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the **contiguous United States of America, Alaska, and Hawaii**. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or any international destinations.

4. Damages and Lost Packages

  • Damaged Packages: If your wreath arrives significantly damaged during transit, please refer to our No Returns and Refunds Policy for instructions on how to proceed.
  • Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to investigate. While we will assist where possible, High Country Greenery is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

No Returns and Refunds Policy for High Country Greenery

At High Country Greenery, we take immense pride in crafting fresh, high-quality Christmas wreaths. Due to the perishable nature of our products and the seasonal demand, we have a strict No Returns and Refunds Policy.

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through highcountrygreenery.com are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size or style ordered by the customer
  • Wreath not meeting subjective aesthetic preferences

  • Wreath shedding needles or drying out over time (this is a natural process for fresh greenery)

2. Exceptions for Damages or Incorrect Items

The only exceptions to our No Returns and Refunds Policy are for wreaths that arrive:

  • Damaged: If your wreath arrives significantly damaged during transit (e.g., broken frame, severe crushing that affects the overall integrity and appearance beyond minor imperfections).
  • Incorrect Item: If you received a different wreath than what you ordered.

3. Reporting Damages or Incorrect Items

If your wreath falls into one of the above exceptions, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. To report an issue:

Upon review, if we determine that the damage or incorrect item is due to our error or transit issues within our control, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement wreath or a store credit. We will not issue monetary refunds.

Minor shedding of needles is also a normal occurrence during shipping and over time as the wreath naturally dries.
